There's a lot of paint under that glass. Acrylics and oils, and some salt and beer too. It's still moving (at time of writing) and could take years to dry. Hope the glass doesn't crack, though the slow drying is an advantage. As soon as the edges set then it's usable. It moves a little when you push down or place heavier objects on the glass. Very satisfying. Another option is the same thing with oils and water, which would remain active.
