"Plastic Man is a fanciful depiction of a section of landfill, perhaps unearthed at a future date, representing the demise of human-kind beneath plastic rubbish. The life-sized plastic skeleton is buried amongst plastic waste, toys, household goods, technological gadgets and pieces of a shop mannequin. Within the top layer of mixed real and fake plant-life, military toys and (fake) dog-poo bags are scattered. A speaker plays bird song in a dawn chorus suggesting the continuation of natural life after the rubbish-strewn folly of human existence."
